Turania English Forum Rules

RULES AND PENALTIES (below)

1.Personal Attacks or Harassment: No personal attacks of any kind will be tolerated. Harassment entails directing crude sexual comments at members, or attempts to drive a member off the forum, or repeatedly targeting them for ridicule, consistently uncivil behavior (including posts that don't explicitly violate other rules), and personal attacks.- If someone attacks you then the proper recourse is to report them.

2. Off Topic Posting: Posts must be relevant to the original post. Off topic posts will be moved

3. Derogatory Slurs: People have to be allowed to give an opinion, even a negative one, one race, religion, sexual orientation etc. If they attack a member due to race. This is covered in rule 1 PA

4. Backseat Modding: Attempting to dictate how others post, by telling them to shut up, to go away etc. is prohibited.

5. Cursing and Vulgarity:Posts that contain excessive cursing or excessive vulgarity are prohibited.

6. Calling/Wishing: For Harm Calling for, or wishing for, the death or harm of members, political party supporters, private citizens or politicians is prohibited. People making such comments about Turania members may be banned.

7. Thread Trashing: Posting in a thread just to tell the original poster that their thread is horrible, annoying, stupid etc. is not acceptable, and such posts will be moved. If the thread violates a rule it should be reported to staff, if not then you should simply ignore the thread.

8. Baiting: Threads created solely to bait, mock and provoke people are prohibited.

9. Threads are Encouraged to Contain a Question or Comment: Posters are encouraged to add a question or comment to their threads. For threads where the OP has simply copy and pasted an article or video, the poster will be alerted by PM. This rule does not apply to threads posted in the off topic or humor sections.

10. Personal Information: Using any of the forum capabilities from posts to PMs to reveal or discuss another members personal information, or threatening to harass them in real life, whether joking or not, will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

11. Multiple Accounts: One account per user only. Do not make multiple accounts. Proxy accounts will be banned. Repeat offenders may have their primary account banned as well. If anybody wants to change their username, just PM to Çaka or Hakan

12. Quoting Articles and Members When you quote other members, you cannot change the wording of their posts. When quoting articles you must provide a link to the article and use short quotes.

This is a sub forum that enables members to hold a discussion with the entire staff. Suggestions for forum improvements, complaints or anything else pertaining to the forum can be handled here. Threads made to complain about individual staff members, or individual moderator actions (not general policy or behavior of staff as a whole) will be moved here.
